PANORAMA PENTHOUSE

The Panorama Penthouse in Seattle, WA is an exercise in transforming constraints into opportunity.

Wilson-Haus rethought the home from its core, beginning by relocating a kitchen that was originally isolated at the center of the unit. Shifting it against the building core opened the plan dramatically, making way for a true great room. A refined, subtly tiered ceiling unifies the dining, living, and lounge spaces while discreetly housing new building systems.

In collaboration with Charlie Hellstern Interior Design and Dovetail Construction, the home was crafted as a serene, modern refuge above the city. In addition to the planning and careful detailing, Wilson-Haus set the overall tone for the finishes and established the material palette, drawing from the clients’ Scandinavian roots to emphasize natural materials, quiet elegance, and tactile richness.
