SIMPATICO LAKE UNION

A repeat client invited Wilson-Haus to reimagine Simpatico, a rare liveaboard home in Seattle’s Roanoke Reef community. At roughly 1,200 square feet and a generous 16-foot beam, the wood-framed motor-yacht offered just enough flexibility to rethink the layout while respecting the realities of lightweight construction and balanced massing. Drawing on experience designing nearly 150 luxury apartments in a tower in Chelsea, NY, the project translated urban spatial discipline to life on the water—where every inch matters just as much.
